Crew Supervisor

Snowflake, Arizona Division

Include but are not limited to:

• Provide direct reports with effective leadership
• Generate daily/weekly harvesting forecast and communicate results with corresponding departments
• Develop and effectively implement a daily/weekly work plan 
• Train workforce on harvesting procedures and conduct performance evaluations providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Manage direct reports scheduling and accurately document data in payroll system
• In cooperation with Integrated Pest and Disease Management (IPDM) Department, employ appropriate measures to identify and prevent pests and diseases in greenhouse crops
• Effectively implement the Eurofresh Workplace Safety Management System
• Promote and support Eurofresh’s established goals and objectives

Job qualifications are stated in the Essential Functions of the job description. An employee must be able to accomplish the Essential Functions in order to be competent in the job.

Other qualifications not specifically noted in the Essential Functions:
High School Diploma or GED

• 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient computer skills in Windows XP or Vista, Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. at least waist high occasionally
• Available to work extended hours, holidays, weekends and on-call as required
• Capable of working in extreme temperature variances and/or high levels of humidity
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• This is a salaried position paid on a monthly basis.
